01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 58q Game platform — including the website at 58qgame.win, the mobile app and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process or begin using the platform, whichever occurs first.

03 Registration & Identity Verification

When you register an account at 58q Game, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. This information is used to verify your identity and process your PKR transactions correctly.

58q Game reserves the right to request supporting documents at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, after a large win, or during a routine account review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

• All documents submitted must be current, clear and unaltered. Altered or falsified documents will result in immediate account closure.
• Verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of document submission, though this may take longer during high-volume periods.
• Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. Deposits and betting remain available during this period.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone else. 58q Game will never ask you for your password by email, chat or phone.

04 Deposits & Payments

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the offer. If the deadline passes before requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after all wagering requirements are completed.

• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If any single selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection. If a selection is lost, the entire accumulator is lost.
